    Should be 0 star for Loomid!!! I almost missed my flight because they did not drluver my passport in time. I hope thr US Embassy in Canada will avle to read this and stop using yout service. All the people i spoke with did not give me a definite answer, never rven called like they promised. Customer service is useless. Please do not use this service!!!!

    Incompetent

    Guaranteed delivery for January 14.DHL turned over my package to Loomis at 6:30am. 24 hours later it still sits at Loomis. Email DHL to get Loomis moving. Out for delivery at 10:45am 6:10 PM, the Loomis driver stops in front of my house, I turn on lights. My garage has BIG numbers, I have a front door. 6:13pm, the Loomis driver drives away. I check tracking again, this time it says address info needed, undeliverable! WOW these people havent a clue!

    That's right!! This business rates zero stars!! OOPs, it MADE ME rate at least 1 star. For the driver is for our drive For the second time this month I sent a very time sensitive package to be delivered by 9 AM next day. It is 2 pm and still no delivery. When you call to complain, they tell you to file a claim. Not the right answer. If you have all the time in the world for your package to get there, use snail mail, at least it does get there. If you are rushed, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!
