Loomis Express

My package came 2500km in 2 days then sat in Regina 50km from my house and then went on a 1000km trip around the province and eventually back to Regina where it sat for multiple days. It could of been delivered easily on the 3rd day but instead took over 3 weeks as DHL could not get them to say where my package was. I would give them zero starts if I could.

Guaranteed delivery from Amazon for a Friday birthday.Tracking said arrived at Loomis night before. Next morning tracking said out for delivery,5PM I called Loomis. The girl said all drivers are back. I said my package has shown out for delivery all day, I need it so seeing as all the drivers are back I will pick up. She put me on hold then said, I dont where it is, think its still on truck being delivered. Well you just said all drivers are back which is it?!?! Useless!

HORRIBLE!! They lied to us, did not input correct info,lost our parcel and were just awful. The whole lot should be fired. Will never use them again!! The most awful customer service on this planet.

Worst service eve...

Worst service ever! Paid fees in advance to have delivery location changed as they advertised. Called in twice to confirm the change of address as I would be gone for the expected days of delivery and they delivered it to the wrong address anyway. When I called to get this looked into all tey said was "We delivered it to the original address. We can see you changed ti but there is nothing we can do about it." NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THEM EVER!
