    Really Rude!

    Very rude and delivery was late over 1 week. I called them at least 15 times before they picked up, and when they actually picked up, the person on the phone was really really rude to me and also insulting me I would not recommend this store to anybody. Save your time and money by just going to ikea or something.

    They very VERY ra...

    They very VERY rarely pick up their calls, and when they do - they are rude (in total I think I've called over 10 times and they've picked up ONCE then redirected me to a "delivery department" which didn't pick up either). Delivery has been delayed 3 times so far. The sectional sofa was supposed to arrive today a few hours ago, but they never gave us a call. I suspect that it'll be delayed again. Reading several reviews on other websites and Google Reviews, I imagine that the quality will not be good. Maybe it's just this particular location but, personally, I would NOT recommend Paramount Furniture on Keele.
