Purchased a sectional off of Facebook from this store. Beautiful sectional for a great price. Delivered to London 3 days later from their Toronto location. Would highly recommend! Was sceptical due to the other reviews but went ahead and I’m glad I did. Couch was a little smaller than expected but I love it! Brand new in box. All pieces there. No issues whatsoever.

One of the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life, and it's coming from a professional sales executive. I ordered 2 bed frames with mattresses and on top of their below par customer service regarding delivery updates, they delivered absolutely rubbish products. They make sure that once the customer buys something, he doesn't contact the supplier at all. The bed frames were put together by rookies leaving gaps, and the mattress was not the same as I requested.

They lack integrity.Do not waste your time or money. They are not true to their word and will pretend they told you certain things- they give you used and broken items and will tell you it's your fault. They will not come back to pick up their defective items and they delivery it late at night so you do not see the defects on all their furniture. Do not waste your time.
