it''s really sad..because i love country boy,the food is great and everything,but the service is just terrible.. i can''t even get served when i get there because there is a server who gives me dirty looks..too bad.

The food was sloppy and the meal was just awfull, I thought the meal was just dirty I have eaten at may Breakfast places in the city but this one disgusts me! There is a rude host. Good luck

The only thing that brings me and some friends...

The only thing that brings me and some friends back to that place is the food. The service is just horrible. I understand some waitress es have a lot of workload but they do not need to take it out on customers. I payed the bill and was going to tip the waitress until she blurbed out that I needed the change more than her in a sarcastic manner. I guess I took to long but that is uncalled for.

im not happy.we have been going here about 10 years.and we usually dont wait very long in line.which i really like.lately the spanish omelette is horrible.no sauce inside.they dont look anything like a spanish omelette anymore.they are not as they are decribe on the menu. and the portions are getting smaller.also you can tell when the owner is not there

Well we ordered our meals, it took a very long time to get it, it was ok, got sick after we left the restaurant. I asked for mayo for my burger, didn't get it until 15 minutes later when everything was very cold. Waitress specifically said she didn't want to be there which made me a little uncomfortable. We ignored the little service we got until we got the bill and noticed we were charged more than the menu said. When I asked the lady who was ringing it in why we were charged more than the menu price, she handed the bill to another lady and told her to "deal with it". She then proceeded to tell me I was charged more because I had fries with it. I then asked her why I was charged extra for fries as well. She didn't know. I asked her to get the menu, the menu said 6.29 and I was charged 7.35. She said I had an old menu, the prices were changed in the computer but not on the menu. She said it was the owners fault and she would have to talk to him. I asked to speak with him, she said he wasn't there and she would have to do it, but I would still have to pay what the computer said. I told her I didn't think it was fair. She didn't say anything except blame the owner. I then came home looked up the number and asked to speak with a manager. I was told I would have to call back later because he wasn't in. I thought the service in this place was very poor and I don't think I will ever go back. No one seemed to have the authority to adjust a bill because someone messed up, I guess they'd rather just lose customers. I used to go there quite often, but I know quite a few people who said they would not be going there again after the incident I had today.
