We brought both of our vehicles here. One through service and the other through the fast lane. When we went to the fast lane to pay Alex was on the phone with an unhappy customer. Alex explained his point to the customer several times while we waited to pay. After the 4th time he circled his conversation with the customer on the phone getting louder each time I interrupted and ask that he serve us so we may leave. Alex got loud and argumentive with me. Not something a manager does.
