Pleasant.. Work i s always completed on time.Frank, the service advisor, takes time to explain the work done in detail.If I have questions about the work done, he will take time to answer my question. Sometimes he will have the mechanic that worked on my car explain the work done. I have absolutely no complaints. I appreciate receiving their advice about work that should be done before a major problem arises.

Customer service was great, work was done well and even washed my car free of Charge service representatives were very polite and informative.

Great service is key and you won’t find better customer service than Discovery Ford. Staff is excellent and and turnaround times are always fast.

Work on car was completed earlier than promised and I was picked up by the shuttle so that I could get home before the roads got too bad due to a winter storm. The service department is always very friendly and explain everything thoroughly.
