Friends Furniture

We ordered furniture from them and they promised delivery between 3-7pm. Even after 3 calls and loads of arguments it was not delivered even till 9 pm. On top the person who was speaking on the phone was rude and inconsiderate. He felt it was not their problem if the driver gets delayed and they cannot control the driver only request him. I believe time is money these days and we wasted ton of both on them. Don't buy anything from them ..... rude staff

The customer serivce here is just horrible! I ordered sofas for the first time and it couldnt have been worse. But it was! I ordered my sofas and was told it would be here in 5 weeks, i didnt get them until after 2 mnths! I tried calling the store but the store would either not pick up, keep me on hold forever or tell me they call me back but never do!I would not recommend to buy or order from here because you would be stuck in their loopness of utter nonsense.

Terrible. Don't buy from them they are the worst. I ordered a sofa, coffe table from them. First time the sofa is damaged has three big holes and so dirty. They pushed me to accept the delivery and they will exchange it later I refused because it was really bad one (maybe used). Second attempt they came they did a mess in the house they left all the packing behind them and when I asked them gently please take the garbage they said the company didn't pay us for it. never again bad service

Terrible service. I ordered furniture 3 weeks ago and they keep giving the wrong parts. I went 6 times and they delivered the wrong things 3 times. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The place looks great and the people act friendly but once you pay the service is gone and they no longer care about the customers needs.

I am very pleased with their customer service. I bought my house furniture recently form friends furniture. My furniture was delivered on time. The delivery guys were properly trained. Store environment is also friendly and good. Their sales team is highly appreciated. Those guys are never in hurry to sell. They will listen to you patiently and will help you to select the best product which suits your personality and house.I will highly recommend others to please go there shop.
