Excellent customer service, bought furniture and there was a minor scratch on side table, they sent technician next day and fixed very well. I have never seen this kind of service in any indian store, staff is also nice end helpful, really like the service.

Oh my god, don't ask me. Very unprofessional people, had such bad experience. I was waiting for my mattress and other furniture and when I called them why I m not getting my stuff delivered, they told me we can't deliver becoz the mattresses I order and PAID for they don't have. Wht the hell... I went again with two small kids and wasted more hrs to get money back. Owner was so rude and salesman was all there to cheat people. Pls never go to them, they put all money in advertising, Careful plsss

I purchased a kitchen table set. Delivery was delayed for 2 weeks to what the original delivery date was. Delivery men asked for the remaining payment at the front door without bringing the table inside. They set up 3 chairs along the table, and the fourth was left at the front door. They left, and when I went to look at the fourth chair it had a huge chip on the back. I called them and they said sorry call the store. Also they left all the packaging/garbage for me to clean up. Unprofessional!!!

We ordered furniture from them and they promised delivery between 3-7pm. Even after 3 calls and loads of arguments it was not delivered even till 9 pm. On top the person who was speaking on the phone was rude and inconsiderate. He felt it was not their problem if the driver gets delayed and they cannot control the driver only request him. I believe time is money these days and we wasted ton of both on them. Don't buy anything from them ..... rude staff
