After couple emails, where I did complain about shipping charges, they return me part of the cost as a credit to my account. At least they are fair, but next time I will ask for shipping cost before making payment.

I don’t normally comment on products or services unless I am extremely impressed or disappointed. I have to say my experiences with Oakmills have been extremely positive.
From the moment of consultation to the completed project I was extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism I received. It was very important that I had a system that suited my design and budget requirements; and I am extremely glad with the finished product. My dealings were with Jerin (owner) and he seemed extremely knowledgeable with the industry; much more then a couple other individuals I had spoken to (don’t even get me started on those big box stores).
If your in the market for a home electronic system; I would give them a call.
