Now that the renovation is complete, the store is actually pretty nice and organized. However, theres a few areas, like the flooring, hardware and some product selections that could be improved on if they want to be a more complete supplier in the reno market. The store itself is great though.

I always like shopping here. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. I can find pretty well whatever I need (though I wish they carried nails in bulk). Ive bought everything from lights to paint and area rugs and lumber. Returns are never a problem. By far the best prices on quality
9V batteries, too.

I have needed some extra help with projects this summer. 1st I had an interior door that needed replaced. I brought them the old door and they exact matched the hinge notches so I just had to screw it back in, no problem. Also needed some deck repair. They gave some advice and I was able to repair my deck for $32 instead of $1180 that a contractor quoted. Ya I was happy.

An appointment is suggested if you want to have one on one service and assistance in finding the items that you are after. They do have the largest selection in Calgary and if you are looking for cost effective cabinet hardware or custom pieces made specifically for you they will be able to find exactly what you are after.
