I had such a positive experience on my first cut with Tony. I explained and showed him a couple of pictures and he really listened to my desire for a great and consistent short haircut. After the cut, he suggested that I show him how I like to style it so he could see what exactly I like in terms of style. I’m so pleased with the results and will return soon.

I've been going to Salon Capricci for the past 8 years and I've never been disappointed. The hairstylists are very knowledgeable and experienced and I always trust them with my hair. I've had so many different services done there - hair straightening, full head colouring, balayage, highlights, updo's and styling, various treatments, etc., and have always been very pleased with the results. The prices are standard and comparable to other hair salons. I would highly recommend this salon!

I have been going to Ali since I moved to Pickering 20 years ago.
Shops are very clean. All the staffs are very friendly and experienced especially Ali and Louie.
My son's are going there for fading, well recommended!

Clean, pleasant staff and top notch products. Private rooms if you don't want to sit and chat with friends in their comfy massage chairs. Reasonably priced and lots of treatments available. Also a great place to go with daughters or moms and sit side-by-side and chat while have pedicures done. Gift spa packages are great for the mother-in-law that has everything!!

Great place for guys or girls. They seem up to date on all hair styles and they attempt to teach you how to duplicate what they did so you can do it yourself. So far always a great haircut. At first I thought this was just a womans hair salon but I found out that each hairdresser is required to take courses to improve their craft and some of those courses are in mens cuts and styles. Excellent work here. I also often get a free coffee which is a bonus.

Mala has to attend to other clients during the facial and she sanitized/washed her hands each time, she also kept her face shield while she serviced the clients. Mala is very attentive, caring and thoughtful to clients’ needs.

Radka was very helpful and took the time to explain options, etc. She helped choose the right colour, and also gave her a lovely cut that made her feel like a million dollars. the stylist Melissa literately rescued my hair from years of bleaching,split ends and drugstore coloring. I was very nurvous about seing a stylist (in my experience they never listen and just CUT CUT CUT) but she was very attentive and managed to save my damaged hair without making it shorter than I wanted.
I have straight-flat thin hair and it went from looking flat and dead to looking like hair again!
