Reached out to them via Kijiji to schedule to have my vehicle towed from Kitchener to Waterloo. They were very prompt with their response and kept communicating until the day of the service. I also had to reschedule the time at the last minute due to an emergency and they were able to adhere to my schedule change and get the service done on that same day with no penalty ?. The whole process was smooth and completed with no issues. Amazing service.

Wiped out in the ditch
Caa took 25 minutes to answer... and another 10 - 15 to find me..
After they then quoted 1hr 19min! 2 hours in the ditch :O.
Elite updated with a 30 minute response time & responded in about 22!
I'm sure it's not always like this, and I'm sure Noone likes their car impounded! Lol.
But this is the second time dealing with and I'm satisfied! :)

These guys were fantastic! Pressed for time with the ground thawing, I needed to move a 36’ travel trailer into my yard asap. Not only did they do it on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of March, but during a snow squall to boot. Everything went even better than planned and they were very thorough and professional and came in cheaper than anticipated. I would highly recommend them for all your towing needs. These guys did a great job of "rescuing my car" when she decided to die on the 403 after work. I was driving home to Brampton and suddenly had no power. These guys coordinated with my timing and even took my car to my work and dropped it in Brantford so I could continue home with my wife. Dave is a nice fella and a great asset to your company.
