Reliant Climate (Brantford): We had an absolutely exceptional service experience with Reliant Climate. We had fireplaces and a furnace assessment required after purchasing a 20+-year old home. Craig and Jacob (Brantford office) arrived and exceeded all expectations beyond belief. They were courteous, professional and not only repaired everything, but also set us up with 'user training' to help us maintain safely. 5 Stars all the way!

We had a new hot water heater installed today by Hearth and Home from Brantford ...... we had heard that they were a great company but didn't think they'd service Burlington.
We were pleased to say they did come to Burlington and installed our new unit quickly and efficiently . They removed the old unit and cleaned up behind them themselves.
The technicians were very professional and informative and we certainly would use them again ... excellent job !

From the start, we felt the staff including Scott were extremely knowledgeable and helpful - answering questions, providing samples, and following up as needed. SMOOTH PROCESS! Got our recalled stove replaced by a Napoleon unit from Ultra Comfort Guelph on Woodlawn road. They traveled to my house and performed a very nice job. Very happy with service, the product and the price. Strongly recommend them for people in the market for fireplace.
