We rented on November ,27 2007. On short notice and next to no available vacancy in town. We were treated fairly. Charged monthly at comparable cost to other motels in Penticton. We stayed through until February 15th 2008 when we found a suitable rental. I have thought back several times and reflected how grateful we were to find Sunny Beach hospitible,clean,friendly and management lit the pilot light once or twice when the high winds that yr blew it out twice. It was the worst winter in 20 yrs. We had a good stay. Rachel and Pete
