Terrible customer service. They faulted on their delivery date and now I have no furniture until May 7th. I had a crew come on the 28th to remove all of my old furniture in anticipation of my confirmed delivery date of the 29th. This is 2 months after my purchase date. Instead of fixing the problem I was told that if i wanted it sooner i could pick it up!! If i ran my company like this, I would have no clients. Staying home, doing our part (COVID-19) with no furniture for 8 days. Unbelievable!
