Not good experience blew cool air out of furnace did not want to put on parts I suffered with no heat numerous hours and I asked for a heater they did not give I had protection plan parts were covered , tried to sell me a new furnace I had someone else come fix my furnace, they said it needed a limit switch and to make them order it , the repairman wouldn’t order despite what he was ordered to do from despatch , I still have no heat oct. 19 this started on Oct 1/2020

What a disorganized place...supposed to come Tuesday November 19 2019 at 8:30 am...phones at 10:55 am and says be there in 20 minutes...shows up at 11:30 am...says cant do the job today because no electrician on duty...lets go Thursday November 21 at 8:30 am....9 oclock no one shows up....phoned them at 9 am and told them to keep their water heater...Ill get some one else...they have a local office on 51 st street...but you cant talk to them...you transferred to India or Toronto...will not recom

I feel like I avoided a scam, a $10,000 one to be exact. Called to fix my furnace system as it was not heating my recently purchased townhouse. The Employee was at my home for 1.5 hours. and the issue was still not resolved. sales rep from the company was at my door explaining to me that my boiler system that heats my house needed to be replaced. I called for a second opinion with a different company. Within a couple of minutes my problem was diagnosed and the heat was up and running.

Horrible customer service.

Excellent experience with Gregg's Home Services. The office staff were terrific. The service was provided promptly. Our water heater was replaced promptly and professionally within 24 hours of me calling the office. Rey was extremely proficient and helpful. Excellent company.

Andy is one of the best Gregg's employees I've had work on my rental property. He is knowledgeable, polite, and took the time to explain in detail everything that was being done. He recommended several projects that needed to be completed, and helped me prioritize task and make a plan for future years. I would recommend Andy's work to friends and family members, and will request he does annual work on my place when possible. Thanks Andy!
