Bland Trap of Disappointment

Not everything is terrible, just the food and prices. So bland, it should be free. I don't understand how a restaurant operator could let things get this bad. (I'm not even a smoker, so I know it's not just my problem, and a coworker of mine had the same complaint a year after I went.)
