I took Duke here for the first time for shots. Got pressured to book $16-1900 in dental work. Wasnt told of a follow up booster shot appt. Charged me another $94 check-up fee for a 1 min. check-up.Told them they should be ashamed for gouging customers.They sent me a letter today telling me I was inappropriate, extremely disrespectful and my dog and I were banned.They also bashed a popular vet as a second rate vet when I told them they quoted me much less their price for dental work. Stay away!
