    A wonderful and affordable housing in a great neighborhood! Everyone here helps out to care for the community and the property. Close to two great schools and shopping nearby. The board members and staff listen to our concerns and addresses them as promptly as they can. I am Proud to be living in a community with such wonderful neighbors!

    The buildings and grounds are in a state of disrepair. Repairs are done haphazardly if at all. Management and board is extremely hard to deal with and often act like bullies, using threats instead of common sense.
