So second snow storm of the year on the 23 December and now one shows up to clear the driveway NOT EVEN ONE PASS !!!! Call them to find out what's going on this is the answer I got from person who answered the phone " to dangerous to pass last night too many people having parties kids playing in the streets.......?! ON Dec 23 I said really !!? She insisted yes too many people out celebrating so we passed later on which means today the 24...X-Mass Eve I guess she thinks less dangerous......?!

Last ones to come and clean. Very rude staff. Will not go with them this year.

Worse snow removal service, have to call each time it snows, always the last ones on our street to be cleaned
