The driver came by, rang the intercom to open the front door. I answered and literally talked to the guy. He entered the building but instead of going to my apartment, he simply posted a note on the mailbox downstairs that he missed me because I was not at home. And he left. I then spent the entire day trying to track him. I asked for the package to be held for pickup at the Lachine Customer Service Center. So far, it looks lost in the system.
Terrible!!! I am super unsatisfied with UPS!! My package has been sent to me 2 times and in both of the times, I was at home while the postman did not knock on the door and even call me to take my package but surprisingly I see a message on the UPS website that" no one was in location to take the package" !!! I called the UPS to talk about the problem and no one even fixed the problem! I am tired of following up my package! even I'm tired of writing about non-trained agents!!
I can’t give them a lower rating, I wish I could, it took my parcel from Hong Kong to Montreal 3 days, and now after 7 days still waiting for a delivery, every day that I call costumer service is reassuring me that is on the way , bunch of liars, I asked for them to hold it off for me come in person to pick it up. I was told that I have to wait 48 hours for confirmation before I can pass by . Messages on the website for tracking, driver made an attempt to deliver. Service of third world country
Terrible and unknowlegable customer service people. Totaly useless customer service. The worst I have ever encounter in my 59 years life. Talked to three of them. One sent me to section 03 to get help where I was put on hold for almost 25 minutes, 2nd one after couldn't answer my question simply cut me off and I start getting busy signals.
