Wonderful experience with this company! Mailed me a new replacement of product no questions asked, didn’t even have my receipt! Definitely will buy more Babyliss products.
I bought a weighing scale about an year ago and it wasnt working from day 1. I contacted the customer care through email as their call center timings were not suitable for call for me and they said they will be sending a replacement scale in 2-3 weeks and I contacted them after a month to track the order.They informed that the order never went through due to some technical difficulties and it will take 1 week more. Horrible!!
