A subtle blend with a smooth, easy going flavour. Sweet, aromatic Costa Rican beans blended with smoky Guatemalan coffee beans make this a perfect solution in the morning.

EUROMILD

If you have a sensitive stomach, Euromild is the coffee for you. It is naturally purified in Europe, to create a low acid, mild coffee that is gentle on the stomach. Timothy's custom roasts Euromild to a special New York Roast for a calm, balanced and mellow-bodied coffee.

COLOMBIAN LA VEREDA

This coffee has an intense fragrance and flavor combining exotic floral notes with balanced body and acidity. La Vereda's distinctive, fruity, and citric overtones can be tasted in every cup. A portion of the sales of La Vereda are donated back to the native coffee growing community in Caldas to support education for both coffee growers and their children.

DECAF COLOMBIAN

Our Colombian coffee beans are custom decaffeinated and roasted to a sweet, light-dark degree. Retaining full-roasted coffee flavour and brightness, our Decaf Colombian is perfect for the morning commuter who does not want the stimulation of caffeine

ETHIOPIAN KIMSSA

From the lands where coffee was first discovered, Ethiopia is the grandparent of all coffees. The burgundy notes distinctive to Yirgacheffe provides a deliciously rich taste. A portion of sales is donated to the Kimssa school project supporting skills training for young people in this coffee growing community.

ITALIAN BLEND

One of our lighter dark roasts. A smooth blend characterized by a symbiotic balance of sweetness, smokiness and body. There is something for everyone in this cup. It spices up a romantic Italian afternoon accompanied with biscotti, rich cannoli, or gelato.

KENYAN AA

Rarely found in North America, our Kenyan AA+ is the best of the best - chosen from the top 2% of the high grown Kenyan crop. Kenyan AA+ coffee is a favourite with European connoisseurs because of its bright intensity, berry fruitiness and chocolate undertones.

LAS NUBES

Embedded in the smooth body of Las Nubes are sweet, fruity, and citrus notes. While the everyday coffee drinker will enjoy this delightful cup, its subtle complexity will also be apparent to coffee connoisseurs. A portion of sales is donated to York University's Fisher Fund for Neotropical Conservation for environmental study in the region of the Las Nubes Biological Preserve.

MEXICAN SWISS WATER DECAF

Only pure, fresh, alpine water is used to wash away 99% of the caffeine. This time-consuming patented process is more costly, yet guaranteed chemical-free. The result is a smooth, sweet, clean tasting coffee. Coffee growers benefit from the fair economic deal guaranteed by Fair Trade.

NICARAGUAN FAIR TRADE ORGANIC

This Fair Trade coffee is as pleasing for its mild nutty character, light acidity, and undertones of chocolate notes, as it is for its organic cultivation and Fair Trade certification - guaranteeing a reasonable economic return to the coffee growers and proper care of the local environment.

Best Blend combines the distinctively bright, light, wine-like character of our two favourite African coffees with smooth, sweet body of our Central Americans. Our finest coffees from five different countries.

WOMEN IN COFFEE

A blend of Costa Rican Tarrazu coffees, all from farms run by women. Rich in body and brightness, this coffee will shine at any time of the day or night. Fruit and chocolate in the aroma and cherry, lime, and melon notes in the cup. Finishing this coffee is the lingering sweet chocolate and light lemon notes. Partial proceeds from this blend will help support coffee-growing communities through improvements in the towns where these women live and work.

COLOMBIAN MILANO

A full-bodied coffee with a touch of sweetness and smoky flavour. Our Colombian Milano makes a smooth espresso or can be enjoyed continental-style, blended with steam-heated fresh milk, and sipped from a bowl with a warm croissant.

COLOMBIAN PARISIAN

In France, they kiss on the champs d'Elysee and drink this deep, dark Parisian Colombian with steamed milk. Our hand-picked Colombian bean is delicately roasted to tangy 'café au lait' perfection. Its smooth espresso flavour leaves no bitter aftertaste.

KENYA NOIR

The sharpness of Kenyan is given a dark roasted edge that makes this coffee another favourite of European coffee connoisseurs. It is beautifully dark and sweet with a full-mouth feel. Great either black or with milk.

MOCHA FRENCH

Using a dark Parisian-profile, this blend is roasted to perfection. The coffee taste is strong, sweet, and sharp. If you are a fan of Turkish-style coffee, Mocha French should be your choice. Enjoy this intensity of the espresso flavour with no bitter aftertaste.

This classic Parisian roast has been made thicker just for you. More coffee to power through cream and sugar while staying true to it's taste.

RAINFOREST ESPRESSO

Our espresso combines taste with conscience. The coffee is grown on a family farm in Brazil, where the land, the people and the coffee are so well cared for that all of the coffee grown is 100% Rainforest Alliance certified. Our Milano roast brings out the full body and sweet, velvety taste. Our Rainforest espresso is delicious whether filter-brewed or as the base for espresso beverages.

SAIGON DARK

Saigon Dark has the full body and heavy floral character of our Sumatran coffee, with its exotic richness fully developed in our darkest, Parisian roast.

DECAF RAINFOREST ESPRESSO

The custom decaffeinated version of our superb Rainforest Alliance Certified Espresso. Roasted to the same quality standards as the regular Espresso, this coffee has the same great taste, but almost no Caffeine.

CINNAMON PASTRY

This coffee combines two excellent flavours - coffee and cinnamon. While brewing the coffee, you will smell the enticing aroma of a cinnamon pastry just out of the oven mingled with Timothy's freshly roasted coffee. Savour the smell. Indulge your taste buds!

NOISETTE

Our best-selling flavoured coffee! Created by our Coffee specialist, Noisette is a luscious combination of roasted hazelnut and French Vanilla cream. Perfect for dessert!

FRENCH VANILLA

The taste is decadent but the effect is quite virtuous, with the subtle sophistication of all-natural vanilla. The full bodied, dark roast taste is perfect with, or instead of dessert.
