Payment for premium for the year was told would come when the policy was set up...money was in the account. Turns out they tried to withdraw it 5 months AFTER, at that point I had forgotten about it. I made arrangements for them to take the payment out again in October... they didn't attempt until a full month after the date arranged. I found out by a policy cancellation letter. I spoke with the insurance company directly and they stated the payment issues wasn't my fault as the funds were avai
