Upon the installation I had nothing but problems with this company. They sent a guy from Rogers to do the install. This guy cut off my tv cable and connected the modem so the internet worked but my tv no longer did. They wouldn't help me at all and said it's the installers problem and no theirs. They were rude and ignorant and offered no kind of reimbursement or solution. They blamed it on my tv provider.
I did research and fixed the problem myself. they wanted to charge me for a service call
