Very concerned with the lack of professionalism when voicing concerns. I would suggest to go elsewhere I had a phone call that caused me extreme anxiety due to reporting a concern with a service received this was not handled in a professional manner but a degrading manner. This is also an ongoing concern that was expressed right after the making of the "new dental device". I hope your day improves, kindness and understanding towards the needs of your client matters.

I would recommend Dr. Kyle to everyone, he's done a great job with my mouth expander.

Regardless of how busy they are or what the issue is they always make time for my kids. They resolve any concerns or problems promptly in a friendly and professional manner.

Excellent service and quality

From the very first initial visit I was completely impressed. From the friendly staff, to the professionalism, as well as the open concept of the entire office. It is such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and everyone works together. As for quality of work, Dr. Kyle takes special care to provide all possible options for treatment in order to find what works best for his patients, communicating all steps along the way. As an adult going for braces due to medical reasons, I was quite nervous about the procedure and Dr. Kyle and his staff have made this a very positive experience.

I was just so happy with the work Dr. Kyle did. My daughter was nervous and very self conscious about getting braces but after visiting here, that all went away. Her smile has improved to much and my daughter seems to be more confident with herself now.

A fantastic practice

My son was a patient here for 3 years and has since completed his treatment! My son has a beautiful smile, and thanks to them, he's kept up with his retainers and they taught him quite a bit. They were always friendly and they were really outstanding in terms of making a teenage boy feel comfortable. They were extremely pleasant to work with.
