I found 2 floor vents covered by a installed floor that this inspector missed. I found it strange that my large living room had no vents in it. I had to crawl along the floor to find hot spots and cut the floor to expose the holes. The vents were filled with paper and garbage and might have caused a fire. Think twice about choosing this inspector
