Very polite and very accomodating... we went for a birthday party, and everything was served quickly and all at once, so no guests were left waiting for their food after everyone else had theirs. Excellent food, also... the salad is amazing! Excellent pasta and appetizers.. by far my favourite restaurant.
We took our boys hockey team in for our end of the year party. Everyone was happy to help us and set up a large table for the twenty of us that walked in. The kids got jugs of pop right away and their food didn't take much longer. There was lots of games and a pool table for them to keep entertained with and everything was awesome. We will definitely go back with our team and as a family!!!!
We were greeted very prompt and in a friendly manner, and gave us the choice of sitting in the lounge, dining room or patio (we chose lounge) The hostess let us know where the bathrooms were, the soup of the day and who our waitress was going to be. Our server was also very friendly and was making us laugh the whole time. As we were leaving the hostess thanked us for coming and welcomed us back in again soon. The service is always so great when we visit Boston Pizza Pickering and we always leave happy. It's so nice to go out to a restaurant and be treated like a guest and not just another customer.

I have been to Boston Pizza in Pickering on numerous occasions and have always had amazing and friendly service. The food was amazing my steak was cooked to perfection, the pizza was so fresh i couldn't believe it!!! The Rolo cake is the Dessert of all Desserts!!! oozing chocolate, caramel mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm so good!!! My Boston International coffee made the perfect ending to my night out with my family.

WOW Service, BP pickering was the best BP i've ever been to. we went late at nite to enjoy the relaxed mood, apps were great and will definatly return. if any of you are looking for a place to eat this is the restaurant you want to go to!!!!!
