Very unprofessional. They gave me the run around. Told me everything will be taken care of. Then my phone calls were blocked. I called from a different phone and they made it like it was my fault. Argued with me about vocabulary, and told me that they are doing what I told them to do, nothing. But I reminded them that I did left voicemail to hand over the results to my lawyer. They billed me for full service. Better to choose another company. Plus, my first honest review was deleted.

They were extremely professional and helpful. They explained in detail the process and what to expect. They provided me with all the information and pictures I needed to move forward with my divorce. Thank you Mr. Sullivan and your amazing staff. Donna

unprofessional this is the worst company i deal with. i hired them and they took my money without provide me any required services or any inflammations. after that they send me a letter says; sorry we are not able to do your required services. because they are unprofessional and i will no keep silent to take my money without any rights. i will post in all social media to protect new victims maybe they will deal with this worst company.

I hired Triangle

In the past few weeks I found myself in need of a Private Investigator and hired Triangle investigation. The job to follow my husband. I spoke to Agent Sullivan and he had the "Follow" done within the next few hours.He told me who the other woman was and where she lived etc.He charged me less than I expected to pay and gave me a dvd of the "follow"All this is now in the hands of my lawyer and now my husban will pay for everything.Including the services of Agent Sullivan. Unprofessional

What I liked best about this company was nothing. It was like hiring my teenage daughter to sleuth for me. I searched investigation agencies and was sold by their video promotion. What I received, instead, was not what the video described, but a lot of unanswered phone calls, rudeness and a lot of "I don't know" from the secretary. I did move on and found a true professional in Ottawa. I never did receive my information but my cheque was cashed quite promptly. Save your money, folks.
