I hired Justin a couple years ago for bits of roof. Was good. In late 2017, the whole roof needed to be done. He was having a bad time missed his timelines, and his truck was in the shop constantly. He did my entire roof shingles well. But then I paid him because he needed the money - before he was done - and he left all the roof garbage around my house. When it thawed enough i had to have it hauled away ($1000). He basically ghosted me except for a couple texts saying he’d by by. He owes me
