Original Delivery Service

I usually have no issues with this company... The Lady that I usually speak with is quite friendly and remembers all my details when I call, which is very nice! I'm a regular customer, so I spend A LOT on their service, so I really didn't appreciate the treatment I just recieved. It's been nearly an hour since I called so I called to get an ETA, no big deal. The guy dispatch ripped my face off for having the NERVE to ask where my delivery is, told me it was cheque day (which it's not) & hung up.

Usually pretty good. Called in to make a complaint. Dispatch was extremely rude and belligerent. At the time complaint wasnt about dispatch and to top it all off he blocked my number. Thanks for the great service Original!

Good service always had cars come on time, clean nice cars too. Drivers always nice, respectful and talkative no awkward rides.

Called for a car and after almost 40 minutes of waiting outside my house I called back just to check on if one had been sent yet and the man on the other end of the phone called me a liar telling me I never called . I was over 30 mins late for work because of it and took a regular cab instead as I did not appreciate how the dispatcher talked to me. Not impressed at all
