Awful customer service. If you opt for the membership you will get charged for a 50 min massage and get the express instead, and they will refuse to refund you the difference. When you cancel your membership they will continue to charge you. If you call or email to resolve the issue they will ignore you. Cannot recommend this location at all.

I’ve had massage therapy from Vitaly at least once a month for about a year and my chronic back pain is gone and he continues to work on my leg issues, which are gradually going away. So grateful to be under his care.
