When the tech ins...

When the tech installed a new headliner in our 2012 Ford Focus Titanium they connected the lights wrong. We had to drive at night in the poring rain with the interior lights on and couldn't turn them off! Not only that, they wrecked the headliner when installing and also broke our centre console. The manager took no responsibility! NEVER buying a Ford vehicle again....

Recent Purchase at Brock Ford in Niagara Falls

My recent dealings with Brock Ford has been the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. I was completely mislead by two differnet sales associates into thinking I was entitled to certain incentives that they knew I did not qualify for but neglected to tell me until 24 hrs after the deal was completed. When I expressed my concern to the manager I was basically told too bad for you. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I've spoken with a number of other people who have also had problems with this dealership. It would be well worth your time to go anywhere but Brock Ford.
