    Raj is a great guy to deal with. He gave us honest professional advice about what needed cleaning and what didn't and he provided a discount where he could. Our couch has a difficult fabric to clean, but Raj went the extra mile and didn't charge us for it. Raj arrived on time and we felt his prices were very reasonable for the amount of cleaning he provided. I'm definitely contacting Raj again.

    Satisfied Repeat Customer (Oct. 7/16)

    Excellent service, great cleaning. Raj is very amenable to price matching and trying to accommodate your schedule. He was prompt, actually early, and focused on doing a good job in a short period of time. No issues at all. I would use him again, and would provide referrals.

    have been using R&R for over 4 years now and they have been very professional ,always on time ,great quality work , I bought a groupon and fell in love with this company since . have reffered this company to my entire family and friends and no complain so far. thanks R&R

    Pathetic Rude service Instead of being apologetic for getting late, forcing customer to accept their late arrival even it messes up your family time Shuts the phone down when customer is still trying to talk and find a way to get the issue resolved

    The owner of this company is so rude. She wants me to pay additional $20 for a condo fee because the elevator in my condo took so long and told me that im wasting her time.never deal with this company.

    STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS

    Stay away from R&R especially if you are going to them with a deal from any website. Extremely unprofessional in dealing with their customer. My appointment was cancelled and shifted multiple times. Once without my agreement and i was left waiting for hours. When i called the owner, this is what he had to say " I can do what i want, This is my business ". I was shocked when he ended the conversation with " this is a groupon deal right ? go back to them and get refund . i dont feel like coming anymore " VEry small company with a very small minded owner and crew. At this point i am happy i did not let them inside my house . A loss of of 40$ but an eye opener for me when it comes to choosing small businesses on websites. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS !! You have been warned

    Very Unprofessional Customer Service

    Not only can you not get ahold of anyone on the phone, you're not even allowed to leave a message. The answering machine message does not sound professional and they say you must email them. Response time through email was 12 hours. Even though I specificed 'urgent' in the subject headline (it was a groupon deal that would expire at midnight) they didnt respond until 11:30pm (again, very unprofessional). When I made them aware of this fact, their response was very unprofessional.. made it sound like they dont have experiece dealing with a variety of customers. Now I see why they had to advertise on groupon!
