The owner of this place consistently over-promises and under-delivers. They do not abide by their posted hours and give seemingly bogus excuses each time. There are no posted prices - the owner tried to charge me $5 for a shirt press and $40 for a suit cleaning, both of which were late despite the owner's word that it would be done on time. As a result, I couldn't wear the suit I wanted to wear to a wedding, and I couldn't wear the shirt I needed for convocation. Abhorrent customer service.

Garments/Alternations not ready as promised, no notification of such. Owner not even in the store when I arrived to pick up - left to go get a pizza elsewhere, leaving an untrained employee there to deal with customers. This was unprofessional and unnecessary - there was a pizza outlet right next door he could have used, rather than driving elsewhere to get one. No one answering the phone during this absence; never bothered to take his cell phone for the untrained employee to contact him.
