Horrible Experience!!
We placed our order with Artefac on Dec 20, 2012 for 4 off white leather chairs. When we received them, they had a yellow/greenish tint to them. They did not work at all with our decor. The color was nothing like what was on the internet. We paid $169 for shipping. We had to pay another $169 to send them back. We decided we would be safer ordering chairs locally to avoid another issue with off color chairs. However, when we spoke with Mona, it turns out, there is a 30% restocking fee. If we ordered another set of chairs we would have to pay another shipping charge. They would not waive the restocking charge but would lower it to 20%. And if we ordered another set of chairs we would only have to pay $100 shipping and they wouldn't be delivered until late April 2013. I was very dissappointed in how this was handled. They were unwilling to refund us minus the shipping for products that did not match their internet pictures. We will never do business with them again!
