Boss Logo takes the cake on bad reviews, and for good reasons, chronic voicemail, one hour wait times on hold, crooked rounded corners, spot uv mistakes. Anything more than your cheap business or postcards (without options), and your asking for misery. This is a fast food joint, forget complaining or asking for a glass of water, you pay first and if you're not happy don't come back. Even Payal no longer works on their site...I wonder why?
I haven't seen worse customer service than Boss Logo in my whole career. Been using them for few years now and what's really saving them is good prices. But when you offset that with your client asking for discount or not wanting to pay because their job is couple of WEEKS LATE, you realize you can print elsewhere and be just fine.
This will be the last time we use this company. Great job Mr.Sunak. Your CSR department is an absolute joke!
I have been a customer with Boss Logo for over 10 years now. Lately I have been extremely frustrated with their service, quality and attention to detail. My 16pt stock doesn't feel like what it did several years ago - it feels more like 10pt at best. The cards aren't cut straight - not sure how that's possible. My one week turn around is more like a 3 week turn around. My waiting on the phone for answers us up to 30 minutes now with different answers everytime I call. Get Your Act Together.
Worst customer service of all time! Rates are really low but the complete lack of accountability is NOT worth anyone's time. They do NOT know their own products, when you don't get what you ordered, they tell you that YOU are wrong. I've had one specialty product reprinted four times and we've given up, it keeps coming to us wrong, they tell us there's nothing wrong with it, and it's takes days before anyone responds, and in the end, they choose to ignore the issue and blame the customer. WORST! You may have a generally good experience with orders here and there but you judge a company by how they deal with issues. BOSS Logo does NOT deal with issues.
