Was at dawg house drinking with a couple friends then we went to pizza tonite after for some food at home and oh boy those wings are absolutely amazing and great pizza. Didn’t even realize was in plaza until a buddy was saying let’s eat them tonight.

Took over an hour to deliver our food. On top of it food came old. When we called to complain that food was cold and old the female Employee became defensive saying that their dough is fresh. I explained, the food was cold to which she continued to argue with me and then at the end offer a pizza replacement. Extremely disappointed at their lack of professionalism and customer service. Used to be a decent place to eat from.
Was a customer for years... Always bad customer service. Good food... Finally they were so rude to me and my wife after over charging us and messing up our order we decided tonight not to return.

Amazing food, great wings with a lot of different kinds of sauces for wings, good pizza with tasty sauce and don’t to cheap on toppings!
Worst service ever! 90 minute wait for our order...it was wrong. We called to let them know, they said they would send out the correct one. Manager called back said they wanted the other pizza back and would send the new one. We told him we have each already had a piece...we were hungry and had already waited over 90 minutes. The kids wanted their Hawaiian pizza so we waited for the correct pizza to come. The driver came an hour later with the correct pizza wrong and demanded the old one back!
Put an order in at 11.30 pm Saturday it took one hour and ten minutes Our pizza was hiwian our chicken wings were dried out We didn't receive our ceasor salad we ordered And to top it off our garlick bread was burnt 38.40 in cost but most had to go in the garbage The owner and son were phone but declined to do anything I called the owner in Oshawa pizza tonight cause I've bought it there when I've gone back home He asked if he could replace things with our next order would that help
Terrible customer service. Salad never was delivered; garlic bread was burnt black and the staff at Pizza Tonite called my family member a liar when she tried to explain the problem with the order. No one should be treated the way they treat people.
No sauce, over baked pizza and ice cold wings. Manager unprofessional and rude! No refund or replacement offered! Two different prices given, at different times!
Their wings are the best I've ever had. They are so gigantic! No kidding around they are gi-gaaaaantic!
heres what i sent them "i placed a big order for the days inn room 92 an the order was fairly large an there was no forks for the poutines an fries, your workers argued with me about a missing large ceaser salad an a garlic bread with cheese an bacon when i CLEARLY read my order to them an they read it back to me, they called me back an said that i didnt tell them i ordered the salad an bread like that is bs an a not so good way to do business like i dont call around saying i ordered stuff i didnt like what happened to respecting the customer? Bad way to do business." that pretty much says it all but yea to call a customer back an call them a liar when u have the receipt is bogus.
Never before have I had better tasting and sized wings, comes in many different flavors . Pizza is great too (especially their meat) keep up the good, affordable work. I recommend the family special; 2 med 4 topping pizzas with pound and a half of wings any flavor and any style bread or cheese twists
Iv lived in london for 28 years and pizza tonite is BYFAR the best place iv found over the years to go for Quality and Value, Great prices and Great wings and they even use REAL bacon not bacon crumble! EVERYONE who iv had try there wings cannot get enough and lovely tadders too!
