Chic Hair & Esthetic Center

The esthetician was polite and friendly. The one consern i had was my treatment was suppose to be 30 minutes yet the booking times were at 15 minute bookings. I mentioned it to the receptionist she said she would check in it. The esthetician also mentioned it was 30 minute treatment. I went in at 11 and was paying at 11:15. I also mentioned the time period when i was paying. Which was ignored. I wouldnt mine but at 285.00 a treatment i feel shorted. The ad reads 30 minutes

Had a few poorly executed treatments (I was getting extensions and they were absolutely terribly done) and later was treated with open hostility when I questioned the price of having them fixed (which the manager had offered to do, in writing, at no cost). In the end it was resolved and my hair looked fine, but the initial response from the business and the attitude of the manager guaranteed I will never ever go back.

Had my hair done by Jenny and she was awesome. She made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable and gave me a haircut to be very happy with!

The first thing I was asked when I entered the room was what my background was. The technician made me disrobe and show them my privates. THEN they informed me I was too dark to perform laser hair removal on. This happened after I was exposed. The manager laughed at me when I asked for the reason of refusal to perform the treatment in writing, stating that they would not write down what the technician did. The manager did write a letter for me, though refusing to include that particular detail.
