    quick winter coat repair

    My son's winter coat zipper broke at school last week. I took it to Bluewater cleaners and they said it normally takes up to 3 days to be fixed. I got a call less than an hour later saying they fixed it and it was ready for pick up. I was able to get my son's coat back to him at school before school was even finished for the day.

    RUIN CLOTHES, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I was visiting from out of town, staying at a nearby motel, and took my laundry to Bluewater Cleaners for a wash and fold. When I attempted to give my phone number for pick up, the woman (I'm assuming the owner) said she wasn't about to call a long distance number to let me know my laundry was ready. I told her I was from out of town, and that was my cell phone number. She refused to take the number, and instead told me to just "stop by" in a few days to see if my clothes were ready. When I picked up my laundry I noticed bleach stains down the front of one shirt, and down the back of another. I brought them back asking how we could resolve the issue. She immediately got defensive and kept insisting that it hadn't happened there. She told me it was probably perfume stains. I said I don't put perfume on my back and one of the shirts was brand new... I wore it, and brought it here for cleaning. It was fine when I dropped it off. She said she wasn't accepting fault, and there was nothing she would do. It was their policy that they don't reimburse for clothing damaged in their establishment. I asked where this policy was written down/displayed. She said it wasn't written down anywhere, but that was their policy. I left with my ruined shirts, and suggested she inform patrons of their policies BEFORE they take their clothing there. I would strongly recommend NOT going here. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and damage clothing.
