My parent's stove had issues where one of the stove would turn on even when it was not turned on. My mom almost got burned and so we called to get the stove replaced. Customer service tells us they will send a technician to check. Technician came and was very rude. Told us nothing was wrong and that we need to pay them for their service because nothing was wrong. If there was no issue such as my mom almost getting hurt, do you think we would waste our time contacting you guys? Very unprofess
