My boss' printer ...
My boss' printer wasn't registering new ink cartridges, so we called Colbert of Computer System Repair to take it away and fix it. He gave us a time estimate of one week, but didn't return the printer until six weeks later. When he returned it, he was very rude to the staff in our office, and brought back the printer even more broken than before. Not only can it still not register the ink cartridges, but it's scratched and dusty and has stripped wires exposed at the lid, which no longer stays on
