Upon visiting recently for a friends birthday I discovered that the restaurant which used to be my favorite is no longer. The chicken was over cooked to the point it was almost burnt, the sauce had a weird taste to it, leaving me for once unable to finish most of my meal The salad also had rotted lettuce in it. I was rather disappointed and have found others to agree that the restaurant has gone down slightly.
yes, no interact is a bother, but why let one thing ruin everything. i love the resturant, the food, the serving staff, and the atmosphere. i was in the southeast (US) for the winter and i visited lots of resturants and they dont even compare. i, aswell as ppl i'v brougt there, will visit again!! keep up the good work and great staff!!! A++++
Excellent choices of food. I have never had a bad meal here. Service is a bit slow, but we did go on Saturday evening! Very nice people and nice atmosphere.
I'm sorry to bring up the same problem as the previous review however, having no interact for payment option is not a helpful service. This restaurant hasn't obtained an Iteract machine for many years which is too bad as the food and service have been very good every time. I cannot think of any restaurants whom do not possess this payment method.
The food is excellent, and the draught is always fresh. Service is friendly, if a little slow sometimes. Restaurant cleanliness is good. Again, the drawback is the lack of Interac as a method of payment. This is unacceptable now. It shows a lack of focus on the customer and looks like a cash grab when they want you to use an on-site ATM. I suggest everyone use credit cards as they pay the fee.
