The most unprofessional gentleman we asked him to do a job he refused to do it but with still bill us for it

We never refused to do the job. We were not cleared by Enbridge to use our snake on your sewer because of a possible gas line breach in it. I explained this numerous times to you and your husband. As for you saying we billed you, we never billed you. We spend over 10 man hours on your job dealing with Locates, Town Employees, Permits, and Enbridge. I am sorry, we could not fulfil your plumbing expectations but we have rules we have to follow and will not risk health or equipment for any job
