I had to write a review of this establishment, my sister and myself both work in the health profession.my sister purchased a pair of shoes from here and they started to peel because I work around water, and needless to say they were not cheap price wise. I sent them back to her and she sent them to the store but they had no warranty as they said. Absolutely terrib...

Absolutely terrible staff and service. Always have a wide selection of shoes but the staff are awful. Unfriendly and miserable. An older woman tried helping me but stood there half the time chatting to her other employee. She gave me attitude and stood there angrily with her arms crossed as if I was a problem. She kept cutting me off and was SO rude. I don't know how that woman has a job in customer service. Fire half the amount of staff and let the customers just help themselves. If you can avoid shopping at Al's - I highly recommend somewheres else. The service is terrible and every time I go in there it's the same story and same terrible experience.
