My family and I h...
My family and I have been loyal customers to City South Pizza, from the Hurontario location. Ever since the new location opened at Cottrelle, we also became loyal to them. We never had an issue with the Hurontario location, not even once, but the Cottrelle location has done nothing but disappoint us. We are completely shocked by their actions. They don't only have the worst customer service, but also no respect for their customers.

We regret that you were not satisfied with our customer service. We always appreciate comments from our customers so we can serve you better. If we disappoint someone, we want it to be the last time. Thank you for going to the trouble to write us. We hope to serve you again.
