If I could give this place zero I would!! Unbelievably rude/unprofessional service. I told the man who works here a address located in BERWICK, NOVA SCOTIA but he sent my package to a WINDERMERE, NOVA SCOTIA because the addresses were similar and he stated to me that these were the same place. After trying to call and resolve it I was rudely hung up on where he then proceeded to not answer my other calls. He also overcharged me when the paper stated 58$ with tax when my statement online said 69$

The parcel was $ 58.26. The additional $ 10+tax was for 2 boxes & bubble wrap she purchased to ship the items. Yet Amber says she was overcharged when she fails to mention it was for these additional products . Furthermore, when entering her address in Berwick, NS, Purolator flags the address as "Windermere, NS" based on postal code. The tracking shows she received the parcel on May 7 (on time for 3 day service). Her call to us from Nova Scotia was a bad connection. We do not hangup on clients.

Furthermore, the Purolator website flags your postal code as Windermere, NS not Berwick, NS. You still received the shipment within 3 days on time as the Purolator tracking indicates. Your call from Nova Scotia may have been a bad connection. We do not hang up on clients. Don't post bogus reviews.
