Highly unprofessional attitude. I cant rate the service because Steve was a no-show. I had booked an appointment and received a confirmation. I live over an hour away from the appointment site and had taken time off work to meet at the specified appointment time. Other than saying “sorry”, Steve did not want to offer any compensation, or in any way want to make amends for HIS error, my waste of time, and my time off work. Not a good way to run a business.

My carpet was in dire straights with stains that included everything from chocolate milk, O.J, markers and a giant black paint disaster....Kids.. Steve walked in, LMK upfront about what could be done and compared to others, had great rates. He was very honest, professional and takes pride in his work and business. The end result was absolutely amazing!! My carpet looked brand new! All stains gone! I highly recommend his services and WILL be a returning customer. kids.. It's guaranteed. lol.
