Richard was able to accommodate me on less than 24 hours notice which is important as I don't live in Brockville and needed an assessment ASAP. He was brutally honest which is what I wanted and appreciated. I have gone over his report in minute detail and believe it will save a LOT of work and money for the contractor who will come in and fix deficiencies. Richard was very professional and answered my interminable questions patiently and in a language I could understand.
